BETTER FOODS FOR BETTER EYE HEALTH

There is always a need to make sure to keep your eyes safe and healthy so that you can always have a better vision. A better vision is so helpful for the person to see this beautiful world out there. Without these two eyes there is no meaning to life and so it is essential to keep them safe. Whatever food items we intake always have a direct impact on the eyes and the eye vision. Though we have proper food but somewhere around we lack from the nutrients which are essential for the eye sight to be strong. By simple alterations or additions in the diet one can attain those necessary components and enjoy the benefits easily.

Firstly Vitamin A is the most important nutrient which has to be taken by a person every day. We have to make sure that it has been included in our daily diet for at least one time. Vitamin A gives the advantages to have a better eye sight and is much more important than we think. It can save us from serious conditions such as night blindness and macular degeneration. The food items which should be taken and are said to be highly incurring Vitamin E are cereals, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, peanuts and soybeans.

Omega 3 fatty acids and Olive oil are also the ones that are essential too. To keep the body functioning it is important to intake healthy fats. Make use of olive oil in the daily food items. Fishes like salmon and tuna are also beneficial.

Then there is Vitamin C, another beneficial nutrient. Vitamin C is capable of reducing the effects of cataract in the person. Certain food items that include Vitamin C in it are grape fruits, broccoli, strawberries, bell peppers, etc.

Eating green dark leafy vegetables is a much better option for the people. It not only makes the eye sight better but is also known to be the best for the health of a person. Such food items are healthy enough and can provide you with a lot of nutrients. They can safeguard your eyes from the worst effects of the sunlight. Melon, kiwi, oranges, broccoli are said to be included in your diet for best effects.

Intake of supplements should be avoided. Instead of taking some supplements one must focus more on taking the food items that are beneficial. Supplements may give you effects for sometime but the real effects are given only by adding up the above mentioned food items into your daily diet. So it is better to include healthy food items rather than including supplements.
